１、顶针板长12或以上，或工模排位偏中 。
1. The thimble plate is 12 or more long, or the tooling is in the middle.
２、配置较多小顶针且直径在2mm以下。
2. There are many small thimbles with a diameter of less than 2mm.

４、以上三种情形都必须在顶针板上加四支导柱及导套，以保证顶针平衡平稳地顶出胶件。

１、所有模具必须上顶针板上安装四根复位弹弓，以助顶针均匀回缩。
1. Four reset slings must be installed on the ejector pin plate of all molds to help the ejector pin retract evenly.
２、采用塑胶模具专用蓝色弹弓，复位弹弓两端磨平。
2. The special blue catapult for plastic mold is adopted, and both ends of the reset catapult are ground flat.
３、复位弹弓不能压缩大于自由长度的４０％需在胶件有效出模情况下在顶针面板上做四个顶出限位钉。
3. The reset slingshot cannot be compressed by more than 40% of the free length. Four ejection limit nails shall be made on the thimble panel when the rubber parts are effectively ejected.
４、复位弹弓固定，必须两端均有固定沉孔，禁止一端沉孔一端磨平面的不可靠做法。
4. The reset slingshot must be fixed with fixed counterbores at both ends. The unreliable practice of counterbore at one end and plane grinding at the other end is prohibited.
